El período de 14 días empieza cuando recibimos toda la información y activos necesarios de tu negocio: logo, fotos, menú, credenciales y cualquier otro material requerido. A esto lo llamamos Día 0, y lo registramos en el sistema.
El contador se pausa mientras esperamos materiales del cliente. Si nos tardas 5 días en enviar los activos, el setup sigue teniendo 14 días desde que los recibamos — no desde el pago.
No cubre demoras causadas por terceros: aprobaciones de plataformas de entrega (Uber Eats, DoorDash), procesos gubernamentales, Meta/Facebook/Instagram, o causas fuera de nuestro control.
Si tu negocio no queda en vivo en 14 días contados desde el Día 0 (por nuestra causa), el setup es gratuito. Para clientes VIP (quienes ya no pagan setup), el primer mes de suscripción es gratis.
Tu sitio web está publicado y funcional, tu panel de administración está operativo, y los módulos del plan contratado están configurados y activos.

The 14-day period starts when we receive all the necessary information and assets from your business: logo, photos, menu, credentials, and any other required material. We call this Day 0, and we log it in the system.
The clock pauses while we wait for materials from the client. If you take 5 days to send the assets, the setup still has 14 days from when we receive them — not from the date of payment.
It does not cover delays caused by third parties: delivery platform approvals (Uber Eats, DoorDash), government processes, Meta/Facebook/Instagram, or causes outside our control.
If your business is not live within 14 days from Day 0 (due to our fault), the setup is free. For VIP clients (who no longer pay for setup), the first month of subscription is free.
Your website is published and functional, your admin panel is operational, and the modules included in your plan are configured and active.
